What are the benefits of a Health Mate® infrared sauna?

Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, a Health Mate® infrared sauna uses infrared rays to warm your body from the inside out, not the cabin itself. This internal warming causes your blood vessels to open and your heart rate to rise. This process leads to numerous health benefits:
