Owned it for a week now and used it every day, just trying out which program is best. It massages really well and the neck massage is so good that you can feel the thumbs rolling over your muscles. Enough height adjustments etc so you can direct your massage to where you want it. Especially with my 1m94 it is very roomy. The heater is not very powerful but enough. The whole thing comes across as luxurious.

After a long search, we decided to choose the Skyliner 3 massage chair for my mother. She is quite a thin elderly woman and found the other chairs we had tested painful. Giovanni explained that the kneading can be turned off and this gives a very gentle massage. Our mom is very happy with it. Luckily you can set a profile so she doesn't have to set all the settings right every time because she can't do that on an ipad.
