Which package is meant for whom?
T-LAB Starter Package (€199, one-off)
A one-off introduction with a mix of 18 products, available with the purchase of a head spa device. Enough to help every client and to test the products calmly for a few weeks in your salon. Ideal if you first want to experience whether T-LAB fits your practice before committing to a point-of-sale status.
T-LAB Salon Package (€394)
For salons that want to use T-LAB themselves in their head spa treatments, without reselling. A nice intermediate step for those who want more products than the starter package offers, but don't yet wish to become an official point of sale. This package does not include resale rights.
T-LAB Resale Package A (€643)
The basic entry to become an official T-LAB point of sale . This package contains the essential product line for resale to your clients, plus access to individual reordering afterwards. As a point of sale you get resale rights, a listing on the T-LAB Professional website, and MediRelaxa refers private customers from your area to you.
T-LAB Resale Package B (€1,508)
The same point-of-sale rights as package A, but with the full collection for a full T-LAB offering in your salon. Meant for salons that want to bring in the broad range right away. So the difference with package A isn't in the rights, but in the breadth of the range.
Our tip: hesitating between using it yourself and reselling? Then start with the Salon Package to integrate T-LAB into your treatments, and move up to Resale Package A later once you notice clients asking for products for home. That way you build up your point of sale calmly, with the margin as an extra source of income.
A strong margin: the business case for your salon
For points of sale, the resale margin is attractive. You buy a bottle of shampoo for around €10 excluding VAT and resell it for around €20 including VAT. That amounts to a doubling of your purchase price. A 250 ml bottle is moreover good for 15 to 20 treatments, which as a salon keeps you going for about three to four weeks at an average of four to five treatments a week.
Because head spa clients typically return every four to six weeks, selling T-LAB generates extra revenue at every visit. The at-home care strengthens the result of the treatment, which brings clients back sooner. In this way T-LAB becomes a recurring source of income alongside your treatments, rather than a one-off purchase.
Part of a complete head spa system
T-LAB comes into its own most within a complete head spa setup: a head spa bed, the scalp scan to recognise scalp problems, the right head spa tools and T-LAB to tackle those problems and resell to your clients. During the two-day head spa training you learn, among other things, which T-LAB product to use for which scalp concern, so you can give well-founded advice right away. That way every link connects to the next and you get the maximum return on your investment.
Practical information
Delivery and reordering. Reordering is smooth, with delivery within 1 to 2 days from MediRelaxa's own stock in the Benelux. So you never have to be without stock for long.
Resale conditions. You become an official point of sale via Sales Package A or B. A point of sale keeps the products in stock, so that the automatic customer referral and the geographic protection of your sales area are respected. We make sure that no second T-LAB point of sale comes too close in the same area. Individual reordering is always possible afterwards.

Can I buy T-LAB separately without a package?
At MediRelaxa, individual sales are only possible for existing points of sale (salons with Resale Package A or B). Not a point of sale yet? Then you choose one of the packages based on your goal: using it yourself or reselling.
How do I become an official T-LAB point of sale?
By purchasing Resale Package A (€643) or B (€1,508) and keeping the products in stock. You then get resale rights, a listing on the T-LAB Professional website, and customer referrals from your area.
How many treatments do I get from one bottle?
A 250 ml bottle is good for 15 to 20 treatments. At an average of four to five treatments a week, that amounts to about three to four weeks per bottle.
I'm a private customer and want to buy T-LAB. Is that possible?
