With every bed you can book an optional two-day one-on-one training at Belliza Academy, 10 minutes from our showroom. Theory, technical demonstrations and hands-on practice on real models, so you offer professional treatments from day one, not "something that looks like a head spa".
From anatomy to your first client.
Anatomy + technique.
- Scalp anatomy. What a healthy scalp looks like, recognising common complaints.
- T-LAB product knowledge. Which line to use when, linked to client profiles.
- Basic techniques. Pressure points, combs, massage sequences, first demonstrated on each other, then practised.
- Technical handling of the bed. Steam, temperature, phototherapy, what you use for what.
Practice + protocol.
- Treatment on real models. You carry out a full session with guidance, feedback in real time.
- Treatment protocol. A written protocol you can apply in your salon straight away.
- Client communication. How to explain head spa, how to sell follow-up sessions, how to position the price.
- Diploma + starter kit. Official certificate, T-LAB starter package, manual for reference.

Reference work with protocols, product explanations and client templates, you'll reach for it in week 3, week 12, week 52.

Lunch and coffee/tea all day. A practical detail, but it counts on a two-day course.
30 days of aftercare support
Questions during your first client treatments? Call or email us, we answer them free of charge.
You finish with a recognised diploma.
Meant for salons that are starting and or growing.
The training is built for two profiles, both start on the same day, but get different depth on day 2.
You're opening within the quarter or adding head spa as a new service. Focus on the basic protocol + a commercial framework to book 10 clients within 30 days.
You already have clients who can switch over. Focus on deeper techniques, cross-selling to existing hair services and how to raise your rates without losing clients.
