Products & specifications
What exactly do you sell?
We specialise in premium spa equipment: professional head spa beds (fixed and mobile), Casada massage chairs, and matching care and salon products such as T-LAB and accessories. Everything is clearly organised by category in the shop.
What is the difference between a fixed head spa bed and a mobile unit?
A large head spa bank is directly connected to your water supply and drain, with a ceramic sink. You have continuous running water at the right temperature, without filling or emptying tanks. A mobile head spa works with internal water tanks (fresh and grey water) and only needs a power outlet, making it deployable anywhere, including at home.
Why would I choose a stationary bank instead of a mobile unit?
If your location has a water connection, we almost always recommend a fixed basin. You save time with every treatment: with a mobile unit, the reservoir must be filled, the water heated, and thoroughly cleaned afterward. Allow up to half an hour per treatment for this. Additionally, a fixed basin with a ceramic sink has a simpler construction, without pumps or filters, making it more robust in the long term. A mobile unit remains the right choice if you want to remain flexible or do not have a water connection.
What is the difference between a ceramic and an acrylic basin?
The fixed head spa beds have a ceramic basin, the mobile units an acrylic basin. Ceramic feels premium, is scratch-resistant and stays hygienic, ideal for intensive daily use in the salon. Acrylic is lighter, which makes sense for a mobile unit that you move around regularly.
What does “with water connection” mean?
With a model that has a water connection, you connect the bed directly to your mains water. That way you have continuously running water at the right temperature, without refilling jugs or buckets.
How is the water heated?
With fixed head spa beds, the warm water comes directly from your water connection, just like a shower. You control the temperature with the faucet, and the water stays at temperature throughout the treatment. The mobile models have an integrated heater: you get warm water from the showerhead and the arch, fed by the built-in water tank. This means you don't need a fixed connection or a separate water heater.
Why choose a head spa bed with a foot bath?
A head spa with a built-in foot bath offers the ultimate wellness experience: while the scalp is being treated, your client enjoys a relaxing foot bath. This enhances the luxurious feel of your treatments and justifies a higher price. If you also offer pedicures, you can use the foot bath separately and perform both treatments on one bed.
Which heights are available?
Most head spa couches have a working height of around 80 cm, allowing you to fit your knees under the sink and work ergonomically with a straight back. The Headspa Total Deluxe is height-adjustable. The exact height is listed on each product page.
Is a foot bath included?
That depends on the model. We have variants with and without an integrated pedicure foot bath. Use the filter on the shop page to quickly see which models have a foot bath.
What is included as standard?
With every head spa, fixed or mobile, you get a standard steam engine and a range hood. With a fixed head spa bed, there are also massage cushions and a Matching chair on wheels You can get started right away.
How big and how heavy is a head spa bench?
The fixed benches are approximately 205 to 215 cm long and 72 to 88 cm wide, and weigh between 100 and 190 kg depending on the model. The mobile units are approximately 52 to 55 cm wide and 65 to 68 cm deep, and weigh 20 to 30 kg. The exact dimensions per model are provided in our technical data sheets; please feel free to request them.
How much weight can a head spa bench hold?
Approximately 200 kg. All fixed benches have the same sturdy steel frame, so the load capacity does not vary by model.
Does the head spa arch move automatically?
No, the arch is fixed. The therapist manually operates the showerhead, giving you complete control over pressure, direction, and pace during the treatment.
Does a mobile head spa make a lot of noise?
No. The pumps only run when water is actually being pumped, and the sound of the flowing water is louder than the pump itself. So your treatment remains quiet.
Which material do you use for the upholstery?
All beds are upholstered in high-quality faux leather (vegan PU leather), specially made for intensive salon use: easy to clean, wear-resistant and resistant to oils and care products.
Do the beds have a light or phototherapy function?
All head spa beds have an LED light in the basin for a soothing light experience during the treatment. Some models also have ambient lighting around the bed. You’ll find this per model under the features on the product page.
Can I compare models with each other?
Yes. On the shop page you can select up to four models with the “Compare” button. You’ll then see price, height, basin, foot bath, connection and material clearly side by side.
In which colours are the units available?
Depending on the model: beige, brown, white, black or a wood finish. The available colours are shown on each product page.
Which massage chairs do you sell?
We are a dealer of Casada, a German premium brand. The range runs from accessible models to 4D top-of-the-range chairs with zero-gravity, a heat function and body scan. View all models in the Massage chairs category or come and test them in the showroom.
What is the difference between 2D, 3D and 4D massage?
With 2D, the massage rollers move up, down and sideways. 3D adds depth: the rollers come further forward for a firmer massage. 4D also varies the rhythm and the pace on top of that, for the most natural, human-like massage. The higher the model, the more refined the technique.
Who are the massage chairs for?
For the home as well as for businesses: offices, waiting rooms, wellness areas and sports centres. For business use they are, just like the head spa beds, tax-deductible and available for leasing.
Do you also sell care products?
Yes. We are an official distributor of T-LAB Professional for the Benelux region, a European haircare line specifically developed for head spa treatments. As a salon, you can purchase from us at wholesale prices, both for use in your treatments and for resale to your clients. Additionally, we offer accessories such as a scalp analysis device, head spa tools, and ambient lighting.

Why does a fixed head spa table cost more for shipping?

What is the delivery time?
For in-stock items, we generally deliver within 1 to 2 weeks throughout Belgium and the Netherlands, and you can expect 1 to 2 weeks for the rest of Europe. Accessories and care products usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days in the Benelux. If a model is temporarily out of stock, you will receive the expected date with your order.
Do you also deliver outside Belgium?
Yes. We deliver throughout Europe, and beyond upon request. Within the Benelux and the countries in the table above, our fixed rates apply; for islands and further destinations, we ask for a specific transport quote and will include the amount on your quote.
How will my order be shipped?
The large appliances, head spa beds, and massage chairs are shipped via a courier service such as DHL. You will receive a tracking code and will always be contacted in advance to schedule delivery. For the Casada massage chairs, we will schedule a fixed delivery time together after your order confirmation.
How is my order delivered and installed?
That varies by product. Static head spa benches comes fully assembled in one piece; you connect to water and drainage yourself or via your installer, with clear instructions and telephone support from us. Mobile head spa units Just plug it into the socket, no connection is needed. Casada massage chairs We deliver and install it completely for you in the Benelux, including an explanation of its use. Accessories Comments per package service.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, pickup is possible by appointment at Blaubergsesteenweg 63C, 2230 Herselt (Belgium). This way you avoid shipping costs entirely. Please note that a fixed head spa bench is over two meters long and weighs 100 to 190 kg: provide a suitable car or trailer and a second person.
Will I pay customs fees for a delivery outside the EU?
When exporting outside the EU, we do not charge Belgian VAT on your invoice. VAT and any customs duties for import into your own country are your responsibility and vary by country. Inquire about these in advance with your local customs, and you will know exactly what to expect.
What if something arrives damaged?
Report transport damage within 48 hours with photos. We’ll immediately send replacement parts or arrange an exchange.
Installation and connection
What connections do I need for a fixed head spa couch?
You need a standard sanitary connection: hot and cold water and one more drain. There's a separate faucet for the showerhead and a separate faucet for the head spa arch, so in practice two hot water and two cold water connections and one drain. It functions exactly like a regular sink, without special pipes or pumps.
Is the installation complicated?
No. The sink comes fully assembled in one piece and the connection is similar to that of a regular sink. Any plumber can do this easily based on our technical sheet, and we can assist you by phone if needed. For the mobile units, there is no installation at all: plug it into the socket and you're done.
Do I need a plumber?
For models with a fixed connection, a standard faucet connection is sufficient. A plumber can help with a neat finish, but it's not mandatory. We do not perform the water installation ourselves. Mobile models do not require any connection at all.
Should the couch be against the wall, or can it be free in the room?
Free in space can be perfect, so you can work behind your client's head. The water supply works on water pressure, so the flexible hoses can be extended across the floor; just neatly route them in a cable duct. drain It works on gravity, so a hose lying flat on the floor is not a good idea. The solution is a small dirty water lifting pump, which is located under or next to the bed and pumps the water through a thin hose to your existing drain. Your plumber will assess whether that is necessary based on the position of your drain.
Can I add a head spa to my existing hair salon or beauty salon?
Absolutely, that's exactly what the devices are made for. If you have a water connection nearby, a fixed unit is the best choice. If.
Is installation of a massage chair included?
In the Benelux, yes. We personally deliver the Casada massage chair to your home or office, set it up for you, and explain how to use it. Outside the Benelux, we ship the chair; you then assemble it yourself with the included manual.
Payment, VAT & Lease
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via the common online payment methods in the webshop, via bank transfer on invoice, or via leasing (for companies in Belgium and the Netherlands).
Are prices shown incl. or excl. VAT?
We show both: the price excl. VAT is shown first because our customers are mainly salons and businesses, alongside the amount incl. VAT. In the shopping cart and on the invoice you’ll also see both amounts.
Can I, as a business outside of Belgium, make VAT-free purchases?
Yes. If your company is based within the European Union and has a valid VAT number, we’ll invoice you using the reverse charge mechanism (intra-Community supply): you’ll pay 0% Belgian VAT and report the VAT on your own tax return. Please enter your VAT number at checkout or provide it when requesting a quote.
Can I lease a head spa bed or massage chair?
Yes, through our partner Grenke. You can lease a head spa bench starting at €64 per month over 36 months, and our Casada massage chairs are also available for lease. The lease cost is 100% tax-deductible, which makes it particularly attractive for salons and businesses. All amounts are exclusive of VAT and are for illustrative purposes only; the final amount will be provided upon approval. Calculate your monthly payment yourself on our leasing page.
What are the possible terms?
For vast head spa benches and Massage chairs choose between 18, 24 or 36 months. For mobile head spas Is 18 or 24 months possible? The longer the term, the lower your monthly payment.
Who is eligible for leasing?
Leasing is only possible for companies in Belgium and the Netherlands, No, not for private individuals. Your company must have been active for at least one year and have a healthy financial basis; sole proprietorships are welcome. Grenke will review the application and usually let you know within 1 to 3 business days if it has been approved.
Why is leasing attractive for my salon?
You spread the cost, keep your working capital free, and can fully deduct the monthly lease payments for tax purposes. It's an operational lease, so the equipment will not appear on your balance sheet and your bank ratios will remain healthy. In practice, the equipment will pay for itself while you are paying for it.
How do I apply for a lease?
Request a quote and mention that you want to lease. We will put you in touch with Grenke and guide you through the application from start to finish.
Can I pay in instalments without leasing?
No. Payment in instalments is only possible through our leasing formula, for businesses and salons. We don’t offer instalment payment without leasing; private orders are paid in one go.
Warranty, Maintenance & Service
How much warranty do I get?
That depends on the type:
- Spacious Head Spa Beds: 3 years
- Mobile head spa units: 1 year
- Casada massage chairs: 5 years
What exactly does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects in the appliance and built-in technology during normal use. Wear and tear parts such as upholstery, filters, hoses, and attachments are not covered, nor is damage caused by improper use, limescale buildup, incorrect connection, or external causes.
Do the fixed benches have a pump or filter that I need to maintain?
No. Our fixed head spa couches are intentionally designed without internal pumps or filters. The water drains directly away via the floor drain, which is good for hygiene and greatly limits the chance of technical defects. This makes them practically maintenance-free.
What maintenance does a fixed-head spa bench require?
Hardly. You maintain it like a regular sink. If you notice limescale on the spout, descale it with vinegar or a regular bathroom cleaner. Otherwise, no specific maintenance is required.
What maintenance does a mobile head spa require?
A mobile unit requires some attention: regularly clean the filter (unscrew, rinse under the tap, and remove hairs), and empty the water tank completely every few days, refill it, and empty it again. This way, no stagnant water is left behind. Descale the arch with vinegar if necessary.
How do I maintain the basin and the upholstery?
Clean the ceramic basin with a mild, non-abrasive product. Wipe the upholstery with a damp cloth and a gentle cleaner. Avoid aggressive solvents.
How does a repair proceed?
We don't use a ticketing system: you have direct contact with us. Send a photo or video of the problem along with your model name, and we'll diagnose it together. Usually, we resolve it with a part that you replace yourself. If that's not possible, you can bring the appliance in Herselt or send it to us. We do not make house calls for repairs.
How quickly are spare parts available?
We keep spare parts in stock at our Herselt facility, so your salon doesn't have to shut down. In most cases, we will ship the part to you within a few business days.
Can I order parts separately?
Yes, individual parts such as hoses, heads or filters can be reordered. Get in touch with the model and the part you need.
What if something breaks after the warranty period?
Even after the warranty we continue to supply parts and support. We then charge for the parts and any labour.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. For a technical question, the quickest way to get help is a phone call or email with your model name and, if possible, a photo or video.
Education & Return
Do I receive training with my bed?
At every head spa, you can optionally have a two-day 1-on-1 training follow at our training partner Belliza: €750 excl. VAT for one participant, a second participant can join for €375. You will learn the theory of the scalp and the complete treatment in practice on a model, you will experience a head spa yourself, and you will work with the scalp scanner to identify problems and choose the right products. Afterwards, you will receive an official certificate.
Is the training required?
No, they are always optional. We do highly recommend them: salons that follow the training get noticeably more out of their equipment, because they not only master the technique but also learn how to structure the treatment and generate repeat visits.
Where does the training take place?
At Schoonheidssalon Belliza, Grotesteenweg 81C, 2440 Geel, approximately a ten-minute drive from our showroom in Herselt. The training lasts two full days from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and is conducted in Dutch or English. Dates will be scheduled in consultation.
Do I need experience to work with a head spa?
No. The training is structured for both experienced and beginner practitioners, and because it's one-on-one, we adapt the content to your level and your questions. You will learn the complete treatment from A to Z.
How many staff members can attend the training?
The training is for one participant; a second participant can join for an additional €375. If you wish to bring more people, please indicate this in your quote, and we will schedule separate sessions.
How long does a head spa treatment take?
A standard treatment lasts 45 to 60 minutes. If you build a luxury experience around it, with hand, arm, and neck massage, aromatherapy via the steam machine, and a calm atmosphere, you'll reach 90 to 120 minutes. You decide how far you want to go.
How many treatments can I do per day?
Count on 6 to 8 treatments per day on one couch, with one-hour treatments and some buffer time in between.
What can I ask for in a head spa treatment?
In the Benelux region, the market price for a 45 to 60-minute treatment ranges between €65 and €110, depending on your location and the specifics of the service. For a realistic calculation, we usually estimate around €80 to €85.
How quickly does a head spa pay for itself?
Faster than most salons expect. With an entry-level model and a treatment price of €85, you'll break even after about 22 treatments. If you do three treatments per week, that's about seven weeks; with five per week, it's less than five. On our leasing page Check it yourself with your own figures.
How often do customers return for a head spa?
Typically every 4 to 6 weeks. If you combine the treatment with a scalp scan and T-LAB products, the return is often higher, because your client can tangibly see the result evolve.
How much water and energy does a treatment consume?
A fixed spa bed uses about 60 liters per treatment, which accounts for approximately €0.10 worth of water. That may seem like a lot, but the cost is negligible. A mobile unit uses 15 to 20 liters per treatment. In terms of energy, a fixed bed is often even more economical because the hot water comes directly from your tap and doesn't need to be heated first.
What hair products do I use for the treatment?
We are the official distributor of T-LAB Professional for the Benelux region, a line specifically developed for head spa applications. As a salon, you purchase at wholesale prices for use in your treatments. If you also wish to resell the products to your clients, you can become an official T-LAB point of sale. Request this with your quote, and we will determine which package suits you.
