Headspa benches are shipped throughout Europe (outside Europe on request). It is also possible to pick up the headspa yourself at the showroom.
We cooperate with courier services such as DHL. You will then always be contacted when the headspa is delivered. Express delivery is also possible in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Massage Chairs
After order confirmation, we will contact you to schedule a firm delivery time. If the massage chair is in stock, we can schedule a delivery time within 1-2 weeks. Delivery will always be in person, where we will help you assemble the chair and provide instructions for use.
Warranty Headspa
We offer a comprehensive 1-year B2C warranty on all Headspa models from MediRelaxa. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur with normal use. We stand behind the quality and durability of our products, and this warranty gives you the security and confidence that you are making a worthwhile investment for your business or personal recreation. Should an unexpected problem occur within this period, we will provide an appropriate solution. In addition, we have a range of replacement parts, so we can make any repairs quickly and efficiently and ensure the longevity of your Headspa.
Warranty Massage Chairs
As a private customer, you are entitled to a 24-month warranty. For business purchases, this warranty is limited by law to 12 months.
MediRelaxa offers a warranty extension of up to 5 years on certain products.
