After order confirmation, we will contact you to schedule a firm delivery time. If the massage chair is in stock, we can schedule a delivery time within 1-2 weekends. Delivery will always be in person, where we will help you assemble the chair and provide instructions for use.
Warranty
As a private customer, you are entitled to a 24-month warranty. For business purchases, this warranty is limited by law to 12 months.
MediRelaxa offers a warranty extension of up to 5 years on certain products.
